The latest version of the Mazda MX-5 Miata will offer multiple updates over past models. The 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata updates and new features will help continue to build the reputation of this iconic roadster.
New Mazda MX-5 Features
Multiple updates have been made to the MX-5 Miata for the 2018 model year. The 2018 version of the car will now offer new color options, adding a new Dark Cherry soft top, Auburn Nappa leather interior and Soul Red Crystal and Machine Gray Metallic exterior paint.
The MX-5 Club model equipped with the Brembo/BBS Package now adds heated and leather-trimmed seats. The MAZDA CONNECT infotainment system will also now be included as standard equipment on the Mazda MX-5 Sport model. The MAZDA CONNECT infotainment system includes a 7-inch full-color touchscreen display with HD Radio connectivity.
Mazda will be offering the 2018 MX-5 Miata in three total trim levels: Sport, Club and Grand Touring. Two additional equipment packages will also be offered on the car. Each trim level offers a different collection of standard and available features. Highlights from the list of features include:
- LED headlights.
- Leather-wrapped shift knob.
- Bluetooth connectivity.
- Keyless entry.
- 9-speaker BOSE Premium audio system.
- Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert.
- Heated seats.
- Lane departure warning.
