What’s new for the 2019 Mazda CX-9?

Earlier this month, Mazda announced that its 2018 Mazda6 sedan would eventually be delivered to dealerships with smartphone integration. When the 2019 Mazda CX-9 arrives at the Gorman McCracken Mazda showroom, it will come with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ compatibility already installed on the crossover SUV’s Touring trim grade and above.

For the uninitiated, this means that potential owners with compatible Apple- and Android-based devices will be able to use most, if not all of their favorite apps. Not only will they be able to stay up-to-date on news, weather and podcasts, but new hands-free communication features will not be available.

Owners who would like to get the most performance possible should choose 93-octane fuel to achieve 250 horsepower. Opting for regular grade 87-octane fuel offers up to 227 horsepower.
