Gorman McCracken Mazda's Response to COVID-19

As you are aware, our country is currently facing an unprecedented event in the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  At Gorman McCracken Mazda, we are closely monitoring this situation as it develops and will be following all steps recommended to curb the spread of the virus and ensure the safety of our customers and employees.  With this in mind, Gorman McCracken Mazda will be taking the following steps in order to best serve our customers:

  • Each night our entire facility will be fully disinfected and cleaned.
  • Each dealership employee will be required to wash their hands every hour for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • All sales and service desk will be disinfected between each customer interaction. 

In addition to these measures, we will also be offering the following services to all customers:

  • Free remote test drives for all new and used vehicles*
  • Free remote contracting for all new and used vehicles
  • Free Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery for all service customers**

Until further notice, Gorman McCracken Mazda will maintain normal hours of operation.  This page will be updated as new information becomes available.  We look forward to serving you during this time and wish health and safety to all of our customers.
